About the Service

We provide VA Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) and
Medical Nexus Letters for U.S. Veterans living in Korea or overseas.
All documents are based on in-person in Korea,
and written according to VA adjudication standards
including symptom description, functional limitations, chronology, and medical rationale.

Services Offered

1) DBQ + Clinical Evaluation

400,000 KRW per each DBQ
Review of prior medical records
Clinical assessment (history, pain, ROM, neurological findings)
Full DBQ preparation
English PDF delivery

2) Nexus Letter (Medical Nexus Opinion)

700,000 KRW per condition
Includes:
“At least as likely as not (50% or greater probability)” opinion
Link between service events and current condition
Evidence-based rationale
Symptom progression
Exclusion of alternative causes

3) Express Service (Draft delivered within 1 business day)

+20% of total fee

Additional Diagnostic Testing (VA Standard Compliant)

Sleep Apnea

Sleep Study (Polysomnography): 1,400,000 KRW

Comprehensive Hearing Evaluation

300,000 KRW
Includes Maryland CNC English Speech Audiometry required by VA

Additional Labs or Imaging (if required)

Fees vary by test; explained prior to testing

Conditions We Are Unable to Support

Due to specialty requirements and diagnostic limitations,
the following conditions cannot be evaluated or documented here:
PTSD or other Mental Health Disorders
Ophthalmology conditions (Eye-related DBQs)
Dental conditions
Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) evaluations/DBQs
