GOP (guarantee of payment) will be issued from private insurance company within 3~7 days. (Our staff will proceed based on submitted information)

If there is a need to adjust your appointment schedule, we will contact you.
What to expect?

You do not need to pay out-of-pocket.

If deductable or co-pay is exist, some amount fee should be charged by out-of-pocket.

You do not need to do paperworks and deal with insurance company. We will do it instead of you.
•
If you visit walk-in for outpatient clinic, fee is charged by out-of-pocket.
•
In case of sleep studies, sleep clinic consultation for sleep disorder or wegovy prescription, reservation request prior to 1 week is strongly recommended.
